I booked Multi axle Volvo bus from Goa to Bangalore on August 2015, but 5 hours before I received the message that the bus has been changed. When I went to board the bus, the bus was in horrible condition. Sleepers bed were very small, Stinking, Bad A/C.etc.
The conductor of the bus was drunk and always smoking Beedi.
I spend lot of money to travel in good volvo bus, but I even didn't get any blanket or water in freezing ac.
Paulo is cheating people in the name of Multi Axle Volvo.
