We have traveled in Paulo Travels sleeper bus from Goa to Hyderabad on 29th Jan 2016 and we had a very bad experience. The problems are plenty.
I would like to start with the bus condition which was pathetic. All the way, we were bouncing and sliding here and there. It gave back ache and sleepless moments.
I have kept by luggage behind which was their luggage cabin and while collecting, I found that my bag had burn and a whole got formed and inside some of my clothes were also burnt. I would say we were lucky that we did not have any flammable things like perfumes or stuff if not we would have seen a fire situation in the bus.
Coming to the staff, the driver is rude and does not provide right information. We get a tough experience and it would be very difficult to get any information. Even they did not offer a water bottle which is what we expect after paying such amount on our tickets.
The bus was destined to reach Miyapur and finally to Chanda nagar but all of a sudden we get the information that the bus will not reach that place and we have to get down at some other place and take care of our conveyance from their. So even if the bus is supposed to go to a destination, it is purely based on the driver where he wants to take us. So dont be surprised if you end up at some other location while you are destined to some other.
Coming to the place where we have stopped the food, we had dinner at 11:30pm when we have started from Goa at 5:15pm. I am not sure what sort of timing is it and the place where they have stopped was also not good.
Over all I would not recommend this service to any one and please try any other alternatives in case available. I have to put one star as there is no 0 stars available.
