If you guys want to maintain your self respect and don't want to feel insulted, Please don't use Paulo.

I travelled by Paulo AC Sleeper bus on 23 Dec 2012(Goa - Bangalore)
Bus number - KA01-AC 7700
I feel sad for Paulo company that they can't hire Literate Driver and Conductor. Both of them didn't know how to behave with Passengers. Doesn't even know Hindi and English. Only language they can speak/understand is Kannada.
What I didn't like and made me taking decision of not travelling by Paulo anytime again in future is, THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR JOB AT ALL.
Driver doesn't know how to maintain AC temperature. Either it was highly chilled or else we all were sweating with suffocation.
Blankets were also not available in bus by Default since this was an AC bus(Blankets should be provided). This is strange.
After requesting 4 times, I got the blanket from Conductor after paying Rs80. And it would not be wrong to say that rather then Blanket, I call it a sheet for single person. If I use this kind of two blankets, then I may get a feel of a lean blanket. Single one can't be called as Blanket.
When we booked a Couple sleeper seat, we are expected to get either two Blankets or a one Double bed blanket but unfortunately Paulo is failed understanding and respecting the customers.
I would say, my worst Journey ever and last with Paulo.
I would not suggest anyone to book Paulo travels in future. You may get frustrated of asking anything from Conductor and getting reply as silence because they don't know English or Hindi. If they understand also what you're saying, Still they'll not move an inch to help you out for your need.
e.g. My wife felt Vomiting sensation in the bus. This Driver was not ready to stop the bus to go out for Vomit. Neither they had any Polythene bag or similar thing to use.
I wish, if you use this bus further, you get good and safe journey, but unfortunately this was not the case with me.
