I traveled through Paulo Travels from Mumbai to Goa and back.
No Cleanliness.
Broken holders, shelves, bulbs.
Uncooperative staff wont even listen to female passengers' request for halting for wasrooms.
No Blanket.
Plastic Pillow fixed on seat.
One of the seats actually had vomit stains and was stinking badly.
Though a volvo/mercedez but the buses are so ill maintained that you will feel all the shocks and jerks on your way.
