We went to Goa though Paulo travels. These guys are very expensive, they charged us Rs 850.00 per ticket. The service was not at all good for the money we have paid. When I booked the ticket they told us it’s A/C Volvo 2+1 sleeper class bus. Then I went to the bus I found it’s a very old Volvo bus(for name sake we can call it as Volvo) and its 2+2 sleeper bus with very less place. The AC was not working and it was suffocating. The A/C controls where not working. The bus was very slow and we are not able to sleep in the bus.
To add to this trouble our buses meet with an accident and there is no one to help us. The drive & cleaner stopped a private bus and told us that they will drop us in Goa, the private guy dropped us in Karwar and told Paulo travel will take care from Karwar. And again there is no one to help us in Karwar from Paulo travels. We are suppose to reach Goa around 10.30 Am and we reached GOA around 3.30 PM. I was told even with out accident they reach goa only by 12.00 PM. Unfortunately we don’t have any other option than returning in the same bus and it’s a same story.
I would suggest people from Bangalore should use train(the traveling time is little longer around 18 hrs but much comfortable) or KSRTC Bus even though KSRTC buses does not have sleeper classes, they are much more comfortable and they reach much faster than the private vehicles.Also don’t get miss guided by the travel agents, looks like Paulo travels give more commission to the travel agents, travel agents give a good opinion about the Paulo travels and book the ticket. For people in Koramangala please be careful about SV travels in Koramangala, he misguides people for money.
