I worked with Patni computer system BPO for one and half year . company has good setup .
It was small enterprise.the set of process were good, way employees were treated was good one. patni provide lot of overseas trips frequently that what company is famous for .Not only a good pay master but also a healthy place to work .Patni has no firing policy which make it good satisfactory work place . I still regret leaving company within span of one and half year
