The website is simple build to show all the products of Patanjali Ayurveda and it definitely serves the purpose.The delivery options and process is upto the mark.Regarding delivery charges, I would recommend them to lower them as time goes.
Moreover, we should have the option to track the order and their position in real time which is not present.The products of Patanjali are very decent and effective.
