I feel this review is:
I am using power vita from last six months good taste feel energetic whole day. It is god for teenagers who like chocolate flavor. As ashwagandha is one of the content which is basically for increasing height and amount of carbohydrate and protein present in it is for proper growth. I am giving to my kids they have developed immunity, earlier they suffered from common cold and stomach upset but now they feel better.
