I am using it for 3 months everyday, but it didn't effect digestion too much and it's taste is good but when I take this then after few minutes when anardana goli completely mix with saliva then at the end I feel some thing like grass left by anardana, I didn't know what is this and will be side effect my health.its like all others pachak goli present in market.
