I apply this oil before sleeping and sometime two hour before hair wash. I Notice it is gave better results when applied a night before, this is really great oil, it control hair fall to an extent, though I do not have any major hair loss issues. I have extremely dry and frizzy hair, and this oil did not do much for it, it also controlled my dandruff to extent, which was very beneficial indeed, my scalp felt nourished and moisturized after washing my hair the best part about this oil such a beautiful array of herbal ingredient with the base as coconut oil and sesame oil.
