Patanjal is just standing in the market because of the yoga classes taught by baba ramdev.As it is written on it is made of natural products and has no side effects but I had a bad experience with this.I bought it about 100ml and started using it on daily basis but after 3-4 days it started making my health deteriorating.
I had it in the morning with lukewarm water and after taking it, I just started vomiting and was admitted in the hospital for about three days and had stopped taking it.They are just playing with the health of people and are liars.
