Patanjali honey is very bad honey. It is not tasty also. If we eat this honey we get caugh, cold, constipation, geneneralized weakness etc. Its cost is very high that it is 250?. Its flavour is also not nice. Being a patanjali product it is not that much Ayurveda.
I prefer other honey instead of this.
