I have bought patanjali honey from ebay it took them to deliver nine days after deliver I opened the package I saw was empty bottle I also have attached two photos check out its empty bottle I have to call to customer care and told them I have received a Patanjali Honey Empty bottle, that customer didn't believe me, I sent emails many times with attached photo its been more than fifteen days I have not got any single from e bay it is one of the worst online website I have ever seen, later I call to e bay customer care again to see tell where my concern is there, I got bad replay from customer care they told its still pending, I got angry and told I want to return this patanjali honey sh*t empty bottle, they told I have to go and courier that package with my money, I asked them what type of service are you giving, he told e bay gives very top service, I laughed at him I got angry and scold him very badly and told if I don't get my refund I will complaint on consumer forum, that customer care guy dis-connected my call, I call again it took one hour and fifty seven minutes to get connected, then I guy picked the call I gave him left and right what are you selling are you thinking we common people will not do anything about it, he told me to contact seller for refund, I asked him why should I contact seller when I bought from e bay and paid full amount on e bay, he told e bay is just platform to sell things, I asked what type of things like empty bottles like I received later he transferred my call to senior executive he is the only guy responsible to refund he agreed to puck up package and refund, when ever you call to e bay customer care directly speak with senior, now its been four days nobody came to pick up, I could not recommend anybody to buy from e bay
