I find it very beneficial in my ways . I m having a whitening teeth now . n iits also very good for gum problems n mouth orders . I recommend you to use twice one in morning n other in night u will see a great change . one thing for sure its safe bcozz it doesn't contains aby hatmful chemical like other pastes.
