As we grow old, our teeth starts becoming worst and worst . But if you want to stop this then you should brush twice a day.
This is a saying that we all have heard from our mother.
And I have practise it too but then also my teeth started aching . As usual paste that we use contains chemicals that may harm your teeth in one or other way.
