I am using this paste for the last one year as one of Patanjali doctor suggested me because I had some teeth ache and also my mouth stink.
but after using for the couple of week my problem get sorted out . it has a flavor of Ayurveda like Mint. which dosen"t have any side effect. Its ingredients are very effective for cleaning mouth and teeth it also help in reducing the sensitivity and halitotis problem
The freshness long for 6-7 hrs it reduceses my teeth ache, gum ache, bad mouth breath.
