I had patanjali atta noodle twice or thrice in life time
What I had experienced about it?
Pros
# 1 flavours are authentic and aroma stands also up to the mark
# good protein amount a ( approx 10 gram per 100gram serving)
# efficient fibers to make it smooch to digest.
# 0 trans fat
#0 cholestrol
Cons
# despite of mentioning that, it is the atta noodle still contains bad proportion of maida which may spike up the insulin level and lead to the gastro problem, if consumed routinely.
# FAT- total fat value per 100 gram is 17.30, it is a recommended amount but subsequently saturated fat which contains in a serving of 100 gram is 7.30, which almost occupied the 50 percent of the recommendated saturated fat per day.
#SUGAR- it is having the sugar content which is not meant for the diabetic patient. So BIG no for diabetic patients.
# Sodium - level of sodium is discreet but it is not evitable. daily recommedated dose for sodium 1500 ml to 2000ml according to the fitness of the person.but it contains 550 mg.which is quiet normal but not good for patient having high blood pressure and excess sodium may results into bloating or water retention
In whole I would say.it should not be consume on the daily basis.it is not that healthy as it should have to be.
