I've become convinced that amlas are a panacea for all ills! Thus, I tried to use up one amla a day but, somehow, I was not successful.
Then I spotted Patanjali's pickle and grabbed a bottle!
It tastes exactly like pickles made by my grandmother!
Though hers were vegetable punjabi pickles, this one's masala is quite similar and wholesome tasting.
It's simply divine with hot parathas and can be the best at breakfast. It would be super at lunch with hot phulkas and I'm sure it would do just as well at dinner with a rice dish.
What better way to get your daily dose of the goodness of amla then to dip into this jar?
I must say that so far Patanjali products have never let me down and that is a miracle given the dubious nature of Mr. Ramdev.
I'm totally apolitical and very un-religious but I have devotion to Patanjali Amla Pickle.
