This product from patanjali is very good in health aspects.
It's flavor is quite strong but not bad, you can consume it easily as it gives lot of health benefits especially it increases our immunity.
Patanjali is known for its quality especially in its herbal products, I have found its quality as very good as I am using this product since a long time and on regular basis.
It is packed in a bottle container and easy to carry that bottle alongwith yourself while travelling too.
It is cheap and effective in results
I will rate it as 8.5 out of 10.
