The Patanjali mustard oil is different and healthe oil with natural test. It improve our digestion is improveing the health. This is a perticuler brand can be considered healthy as it is devoid of trans fats is low in saturated fats and has a high contant of mono unsaturated fats and fatty acids such as omega I came from a village and born brought up in an agricultural Patanjali arogya oil is good for healt.
