Hi today I am going to review about my experience at passport office patna situated at bailey road near paras hospital.One week before my appoint was there I applied for my passport.First of all its far away from my place.It took me to reach there about 1hr 15min about 23km construction work of over-bridge are going on, traffic unlimited I was very scared could I reached at my time of appointment?after all these huddle problem I reached at main gate, guard told me to plz move to next gate.When I reach there to next gate another two guard was there I was surprised and very scared to see that guard making line of people under heavy electric transformer and there was a raining also I didn't stand under electric transformer I told guard why are you making line of people under transformer and you again surprised to hear what he told me "ORDER HAI UPER SE".Bunch of broker also there they are freely talking to security guard and I heard that security guard told people who came for appointment"APP KA HO GAYA NAHI HUA TO YE LOG(Means Broker)KARVA DEEGE.
After that I went in for my interview I submit all the documents.Now after few days police verification came.I summit money for passport 1500rs through online payment and in police verification they demand 1500-2000 more I don't know what should I do if I didnt give them they made wrong verification.
The worst service of passport all the people have to came bailey road near paras hospital patna from all over bihar.No setting arrangement.They came from so far for them there is no facility even toilet, washroom.
