I have no words but just pathetic appointment system for new passports. I am still trying for appointment for my bro and ultimately I will have to go through some agent. My sister went to Pune PSK at 10 AM after getting appointment from an agent and she got her form submitted only at 6 PM and she was frustrated with the staff as they were asking her to go here and there.
India will never progress. God knows when it will become like other countries like UAE (I got my UAE license in the evening in 5 mins after passing road driving test in the noon).
