Malutilization Of Personal Identity Information & Delayed Vehicle Car Delivery •I booked a Beat with the Dealer on Jan’11, and the complete payment was done by Feb’12.
•The tentative delivery date as promised was in Mar’12.
•However number to time the delivery date was delayed giving various reasons.
•Finally I was promised the delivery on April’12, which was again breached.
•After getting aggressive on the delivery, I came to know that the sales man has committed fraud with several similar orders.
•On inquiring the details I understood that there was a SPARK which was delivered to some other customer, by registering it under my name misusing my personal identify information.
•Now the concern is it has been over 11 months I've paid all the money and have not got the vehicle.
•Also, I've sent them a legal notice to Pashankar Auto Wheel, Ltd. To cancel my order and return the money.
•However I’m not getting any kind of support from them anyone at Pashankar Auto Wheel starting from CEO, COO & HR in cancel the order and refund the money.
•There have been some other fraudulent activities which they are not ready to take any responsibility and delaying the processing.
