Most disappointing experience from Your authorized Pune dealer m/s pashankar automobiles J.M. Road Pune. Maharashtra India. Went to their show room placed order for activa G3 scooter.on 17-5-2016. Gave the documents which they asked along with cheque.
After one hour received phone saying they want voters Id card. I told that why it was not demanded earlier being a senior citizen I can not make one more trip. he said he will collect in the evening, he never turned up when called next day he said he had gone with his daughter had no courtesy to call. Next day I gave him the copy. On Saturday I informed them I got the RTO number so please kkep the vehicle ready I will take delivery on Monday. Went to the show room on Monady 23rd May 2016 at 10 am
1). Nothing was ready.
2)They said you scooter is white color I showed them my copy where it was black.
3)Tried to star the vehicle it took the 20 minutes after 2/3 persons tried various it started.
4)They also tried to pull the choke which with all the pressure did not come out.So one person pulled it with his teeth, then some spray was put as it was jammed.
5)For putting the accessories some other person's order paper was brought then I showed the name and details and showed my copy.even the seat cover and matteing were not fixed.
6) Got the delivery at 12 noon it took exactly 2 hours.
7)When vehicle took out there was hardly any petrol even air in the wheels was 19psi.
8) the speedo meter cable was not fixed.
9)The mirrors fixed were very loose
10)when asked about their service center I was told go to s n d t karve road and ask anybody.
