Pathetic Service by the So called pvt ltd co.
I am reviewing this bus service, while in the bus at 2.30 in the morning.because in this A.C bus, they do not have blankets and we are dying in this freezing winter.
Expecting a blanket is too much, because they do not even bother to have the mattress cover either.forget the pillows.
I mean their busses have created a record of Farzi service, with the help of their ill mannered driver who completely labour class.
I have been travelling with you from Ahmedabad to Udaipur and Chittorgarh since last 20 years, but now after this journey, I am never going to book any ticket for PTPL. Shrinath Travels P ltd. Is much much better than you guys now and it has overtaken you and has taken a big lead over you guys.
My PNR no. is 54226825 and you cannot make up for the inconvenience caused to us.
