Story:

Well, this is one of those quintessential books that actually drives your interest wayward into the glimpses of hope and gleans into theeyes of a boy whose childhood seems quite overwhelming, and breeds distraught.Nevertheless, the boy still being the sole soul who is able to witness himself wither away in a dysfunctional still blooms with optimism and contrives to keep himself with faith that upholds his sanity.Getting too deep onto the dysfunctionality might harbour the suspense required to keep the reader hooked away, yet this shall be just the bird's eye view of the same.

The story siunds quite promising-A mother who literally worships the superiority of the white race and goes to any measure to dwelve the sense into him, an egotistical brother who is not challenege in the looks department and a father who goes haywire with liquor. The conditions surrounding the boy lead him to take a leap pf faith and desperate measures owing to the drastic conditions prevalent hitherto. Not polimical even a bit, the story might sound liminal and reminiscent of alot of gangster sagas but it is a must-read and I have a copy cherised with myself.
