For last few days, I was in my nervous fourties wondering what do I write in my next review, the landmark review number 50 ! Thousands of thoughts cropped or crapped in my mind ! Sincerely, I do have a mind and I think sometimes...This is a clarification for a few people who read my reviews sincerely ! Yes...I do have brains at right places, yeah in toes and kidneys !
Finally, I came to a conclusion putting my toes and kidneys to rest. I thought of writing a review in a colourful manner. Like the poppins !

There is something about Poppins !

Poppins ! Its one more gem from the product basket of Parle that I'm reviewing for some time now. And this time too, this is one of the pioneer brand in its category nurtured by Parle since ages.
Its a roll packed of hard-boiled rounded sugar candies, punched with unique fruit flavours.
Not to mention, traditional audience for Poppins were kids and the reasons were too obvious ! Let me count'em !
Different fruity flavours :Every candy in poppins is differentiated by a unique fruit flavour. One can find Orange, Pineapple, Guava, Strawberry, berry flavours in Poppins.... Kids love chewing on to a different taste everytime !
Colours :Kids signify liking for colours. This is depicted by the kind of colorful outfits they were everytime. One find all the weird colours making merry on kids clothes. Poppins exactly done the same thing. Every poppins sport a colur resembling to the flavour it is representing e.g. An orange flavoured poppins will have orange colour, the pineapple one will sport a yellow colour and so on.
Price :Years have gone by but price distinctly seems to the USP of Poppins. Its still sold at dirt cheap prices. A poppins roll costs as low as Rs. 2 ! A very small pinch on pocket. Isnt it ?
Packing:Need I say that the Poppins are packed in a equally colourful pack attracting their audience ! Further, they keep on doing some work on it every periodically !

What was the reason for Poppins being the topic for 50th Review !

I could have possibly written on my biggest passion ! Or Passions ! I could have possibly written it on anything related to Mouthshut, the site that has given us a platform to meet, write and educate !
But when I thought of Poppins, I thought of colours being one my passion ! Life would be boring without colours. Look, we all admire Govinda wearing those fancy shirts and trousers !
Next, I thought of writing a review on MS, I again thought of Poppins. Flavours that MS sport daily are exactly the ones found in Poppins. Actually, the my earlier review on Nuts was apt for MS since we have more nuts on Ms than the flavours ! And I'm one of the nuts ! (Come on, this is what u wanted to hear from my mouth !)
I wanted to write my journey so far at MS , but again I thought of Poppins. My journey so far at MS has been purely magical,colourful and multi-flavoured !

Sincerely, there is no logical reason for me to write here on a product that is mostly consumed by kids ! But , all you 18 + people out here, dont get disappointed ! I've suggestions to offer if someone is planning to come out with Poppins for Adults...
Flavours and colours:
Smokey flavoured Poppins coloured ashy !
Booz flavoured Poppins coloured Brown !
Pinecolada flavoured Poppins in Pink for the non-boozers !
Mint flavoured Poppins coloured white for having it after the smokey one !
Nope ! They dont have plans to make ribbed and dotted Poppins !
