I purchased a premium membership of The Park Priviera Hospitiliy PVT.LTD 20 months ago My first experience was very good.
In the second booking they told me that due to blackout days we will not provide a booking, I had to take many follow up in the mail & finally provide me a good hotel booking in Udaipur after several hard follow ups in mail, there is no seasons bounding as per my membership but there was so many mail exchange regarding blackout days.
Recently I requested for the third time booking, they take 7 days for reply & given only one option. company having only customer care number but they are not able to solve the query, Just having standard answer 'write a mail & you will get reply in mail only" , if you are requesting for connect booking department or call back request then customer care executive refused for the same & replied I can't do this, There are not any system to talk with any person from booking department , if you have any query they will reply in mail only & taken 48 hours for reply as per customer care.
At the time of selling membership they are showing 5 stars property / resorts in brochure & also informing us that they have tie up with Hyatt, Hilton, Fern , Radisson Blu , JW Marriot & ITC group but they give booking in 3 star property only.
Hope Park Priviera management will take this feedback positively & provide me 4 Star or 5 star property booking as per membership letter & commitments for hassle free experience in future.
