Hi Friends!Today I will write my review about Paratrha Wala Indira Nagar Lucknow.It is a street food vendor in Gnadhi Market Of Bhoot Nath Market Indira Nagar. Timing are 12Pm to 12 Am( Midnight)No alcohol available here.Without wasting any time lets have a detail look below.
Food And Presentation-It is pure vegetarian eating point so do not wish for non veg here.They serve Bhojan Thaal for Rs 50/= and Special Bhojan Thaal at Rs 70/=.They serve different varieties of paratha like Aloo Paratha, Mooli Paratha, Tawa Laccha paratha, Mix Paratha etc.Dishes like Kadhi Rice, Fry Chawal, Fried Rice, Jeera Chawal, Chhola Chawal is also served here.you have to pay Rs 10/=for butter of Parathas .Now talking about the taste of food so it is average do not hope for any magical taste you can get much better taste of other place as their mix paratha is too bad no taste in it, Tawa laccha paratha is also very poor taste as it is over fried with too much oil and there were nothing like lachha paratha in it.Kadhi Chawal is so down taste never try it.Presentation of food is pathetic as they serve food in steel plates and plates are not well cleaned as you can smell the stink of low standard detergent from plates their spoons are also dirty.No sense of presentation as the paratha, raita and other stuff is not placed properly in plates there is nothing in food on the name of decoration.
Ambience-No ambience here as they placed Plastic Chairs and tables on road for sitting.On the name of inner ambience they have a shutter on entrance behind this shutter they have placed the cement made platform which is blue colour tile fitted.On this platform they have placed their canteen burner and other cooking utensils all these arrangements is very unhygienic as all the items are kept open.When you eat your meal sitting on chairs on road so it has very clumsy feeling moreover the dust coming with air and flies falls in your food .Which is totally very frustrating.So do not even think in dream for ambience here.
Customer Service-So Pathetic and disappointing as you have to shout many times for giving order and then you have to wait for your term to get the item.After all these happening you are served with cool paratha and a bad taste Raita and the Butter is also of local brand .So according to my experience the customer service is very disappointing as their staff is rude in talking and very ill mannered they talk to customer in very aggressive an irritating manner.Customer service is absolute worse.
Value For Money-The food items are affordable by cost but they must serve original brand butter instead of local.Place is pocket friendly but they must pay lots of attention on their food presentation and customer service as there are too many need of improvement in these aspects.According to me it is an average value for money place.
My opinion it is totally depends on guys after reading my review you will prefer to visit here or not.
