I had visited Paras Hospital a couple of months ago when I was down with fever. I was referred to the Physician.
After waiting for about an hour, I was called by the Doctor. After checking my temperature, He told me that I have little fever.
When I asked him about the medicine, He told me to have some tests done. When I asked him what is the need of tests when I have little fever. But he told me that I need some tests.
After filling forms, I was sitting on the sofa and was waiting for my turn. The infrastructure was not good there. It was very rush in the hospital so some people was standing there. There were not enough chairs for the patients in the waiting area.
The attitude of staff was not good also. When I asked about my tests, they just replied me rudely that ask you doctor. I was shocked to know that all my tests costs Rs.7000, including doctor fee.
They took so many tests in name of fever, like Dengue, Typhoid, Complete blood count, Malaria, and Urine tests. Which came negative in result, when reports came. They don't provide medical care to patients. They are just making money somehow.
I would not recommend this hospital as they are just money makers. I have had such a bad experience there.
