On a relaxing Sunday, call comes .....'' Sir, our company have selected you for the meeting today. The name of the company is globalindia.com and we are in the process of shooting a new film ''Tu Hi Bataan''. We will ask you three questions and if all the answers are correct, you will be invited for the meeting today''.........I say Ok.


Does it sounds interesting......After the three questions, the person Mr. Sagar Rajput (Tel No 6407886) gives the invitation to come for attending one hour meeting, along with family. Who knows whether all my answers are wrong or correct.


Just one hour before the meeting, this company called dot com, confirms for the meeting.


Very Good Customer followup... Yes, it is pre-sales.


We decided to join the meeting. This meeting lasted for 3hours.


Product for Sale : Cashless card from Paramount health management company,Europe having affiliations with National Insurance and this company.

Features of the card :




  1. Medical claim after hospitalisation. Pre-health and natural health problems are not covered under this scheme.




  2. No Deposit required to be paid in hospitals, just show this card




  3. Free surfing in listed cybercafe for 60hours.




  4. Free education on computers for 4 days.




  5. Free stay in holiday resort for 3 nights with free food.




  6. 50 to 75% of the paid amount will be returned in the form of cybercurrency after expiry of the validity.




  7. No payment for medicines.






When I called one of the listed hospital, as confirmation of this product. The real issues got highlighted as,


Disadvantage




  1. After entry to the hospital, the person holding the card needs to call the paramount company and ask for validation copy by fax. On providing the fax copy, one will get entitled for free hospitalisation till the credit limit.




  2. On discharge from the hospital, card holder needs to pay the excess amount of the prescribed credit limit.






3.No free medicines.




  1. Free stay at holiday resort does not provide free food.




Outcome of the meet.




  1. Not to purchase the product on the spot as the statements made by the sales team was not matching.




  2. After sales is not justified.




  3. Attitude of the sales team is not customer oriented, but only business oriented.




  4. Product is not so strong, thats why it is bundled with timeshare concept of selling.




  5. No justification for documents like SEBI's letter, original copy of affiliations,etc.






Suggestion:




  1. Always ask for any latest news published about the company or the product.




  2. Demand for the proof of the copy of news cutout from newspaper.




  3. Ask for printed sheet on the product benefits explained as a part of presentation.




  4. Ask for the letter from SEBI, regarding the investment validity on this genuine product.
