Me and my husband have been visiting this fitness centre for last 6 months, there was a couple package available so we decided to go ahead.
It is close to our place.They have many weight loss and slimming programs, which are quite good.
Off course, we both are not going for those slimming programs, we both have sitting jobs, we just do not have any physical movement the whole day.
So we go here, for light exercise just to keep ourselves fit, and it feels light too after exercising every morning.There is a physical trainer for both of us, who guides us which exercise we should go for.The gym is quite big, lot of people come here.
We can select the batch we want as per our timings.You have to compulsory wear shoes, you will get a locker once you go there.It is really a good gym, the trainers are quite good and professionals.Since we have done a yearly payment, we got a good discount as well.
