History:-It is one of the oldest restaurants in Hyderabad city. It was founded in the year 1953 and completed its 63rd anniversary recently. First it started as a small cafe and provided snacks for the local people. It is also known as the restaurants which provides best Biryani in the world.
Food and Presentation:-It provides The Hyderabadi Dum Biryani which is a world famous dish. Now-a-days, it also provides Kebabs, Tandoori, Chinese cuisine and Hyderabadi Haleem during Ramzan.
Ambience and Decor:-It is a very good place and has got a very good atmosphere.As Hyderabad is a cosmopolitan city, various people from diverse religion come to the most famous restaurant of the city and it is good to see all the people together and enjoying the food.It is a very royal place and seems to be like we are treated asthe Great Nizam of Hyderabad.
Customer Service:-Great service for the customers.The staff of the restaurant are very kind.They always check for the customer's satisfaction.
Value for Money:-Imagine if you eat the World's favourite and famous Biryani for just Rs.200, your heart is gonna feel really awesome.It can be noted that the restaurant is divided into 3 to 4 categories as long as I remember. - The normal category where you get your food for the lowest price. - The Silver category where the cost is the higher. - The Gold category where the cost is little more higher. Finally the Platinum category which has the highest cost and totally Royal. It can said that people of all classes can afford the food in this restaurant.
