Of course it is a good oil.Made from pure coconuts with a lot of fragrance while cooking.Highly recommended.I have been using it for about 7 years now.It has become a habit.Hence no new product will make me change my mind.Ideally suited for hair,cooking,oiling sewing m/c other equipment etc.Coconut from Kerala maybe.They come in all sizes,Hence very useful.Lasts a long time too.People who want good health for value should by this product & those who want illness should avoid this.I have considered so many other products(I cant keep a track of the names).Hence I strongly suggest/recommend Parachute Nariyal tel.Tel hai to Nariyal KA,Parachute
