Focus on quality please...... Review on Pantaloons

Brands........when I am paying for anything that is more than the cost of its constituents plus the servicing/ manufacturing charges and a reasonable return, I am handing over my trust in form of the premium payment.

No doubt pantaloons have fastly emerged as a household brandname in the garment sector, nevertheless I want to say that in order to achieve excellence the manufacturers should focus on quality which should be the first and foremost thing to be considered in building the brand name.

I would like to share my experience in this regard.

I wanted to buy a few formal shirts and thugh I had various options, I chose to honour the trusted name, or may I say the hyped name of pantaloons.

I got two shirts, one full sleeved, light yellow and the other, full sleeved black coloured shirt, of course the purchase made my wallet a little lighter but I must admit it did not made a dent in my pocket.

As a proud owner of two new pantloon's shirts, I felt a sense of achievement and ownership, but not for long, after only the first wash, the brand ambassdors in my house, those two shirts showed their true colours. They faded, the impact was worst on the yellow shirt. black anyways could not be more blackened or dis coloured. I felt like I was cheated, I now could not obtain the value for which I had purchased the shirts.

So I thought that I would make an appeal to the manufacturers, to take a bit of precaution and care. And also CAVEAT EMPTERS - buyers beware.
