We were on Panicker's CHAR DHAM tour, which was by & large good. South Indian food provided was delicious. Some of the points which could make the tour more pleasing & make the journey pleasant • Either they shouldn’t book last row of the Bus or make sure that the Guide & Kitchen Help are always on the last row o In spite of repeated complaints, Guide was just shrugging off o A member had to stay back at Sitapur because of Driver's reckless driving & couldn’t visit Kedarnath temple ? And it was at the member’s extra cost.
Guide collected one extra day’s rent from the member promptly. • Accommodations were not upto the mark o Most of the places, Geysers were not working or water was not coming o Won’t be of Panicker’s standards, Why compromise? o If required, they can charge bit more • Drop back to Delhi, can’t this be made around 5 to 5.30 am? o If spite of requesting the Guide, we were dropped at Karol Bagh at 4.30 am o Guide & Driver team were prompt in asking & getting the tips on the last night ? But the services were not upto the mark
