Absolute nonsense and ridiculous experience is what I would term the experience as when you go to Service at Pandit.Funniest part is I went there atleast 5 times with my complaint and every time the Service Incharge was different.and interestingly Plant incharge is also different! in a SPAN of 18 months, Pandit has taken so many actions that they have been replacing their Service Incharges frequently andinterestingly with the most inefficient ones!
Whoever they find on the floor, they introduce that person as Pant incharge:!:) make you sit in front of them.and no problem gets solved.Oil consumption problem .had to go to Pandit atleast 3 times for the problem, later Turbo, Vibrations less milaeage atleast 2 times.!NO USE and am wondering why TATA Motors are not doing anything about it!
TATA motors also are not worried because if a customer calls to their call centers, they refer people as Idiots and XXXX who have no other work bit to make a CALL to the call center.:(
And I am saying this after having driven Maruti, Ford, Hyundai for the last 12 years and now TATA for about 18 months, thought of becoming and supporting a Indian Car.but sorry, it doesn't seem to be a right decision for me!
