I passed through the MG Road, today, on whose sideways, PANDHAL was situated.
The whole building was demolished and it gave signs of a new multiplex being planned there....
For long, this restaurant was surrounded and DECORATED by the striking employees, which is not at all a new scene in any of the Kerala Locations!!!!!
Was it the employee unrest which led the management to close down the outlet (the Management has another star hotel at W Island, and other resorts which is branded as CGH Earth) .. or the sale led to the employee unrest, its not clear...
I am now praying that may this trend not spread fast, and may the people have many other eateries right in the middle of the city...
Anyway, While it was working PANDHAL was an escape from the maddening city roads.
I still remember the day, when I took one of my friend and his wife for a lunch, immediately after their Marriage...
