I am a genuine thali lover. The best part about thali is that you dont have too wait for your food to arrive,the moment you enter the place you take a seat and the food is served. The people who have great appetite for food can enjoy thali the most. I am an moderate eater so this place is ideal for people like me. The moment you enter panchavati Gaurav your are welcomed whole heartedly. The place warm and cosy, you fell you have entered somebody's house bcoz thats how they treat their guest, even if you are alone you can go and eat, you won't feel awkward or alone.
The food is just like home food, it less oily and very very very tasty. The serve with so much love and affection that you cant say no to anything. Like every other thali joint they serve different variety of vegetables, dal, kadi, salad, starters, chaas & for rice you have an option of masala rice, plain rice or khichdi.
The rice is served with generous portion of ghee. Sweets are optional. I love this joint for its service, you done with your meal in half an hour. It is near bombay hospital is open for both Lunch & dinner. The rates are separate on weekends. It is 140/- on weekdays and on weekends it is 180/-. The quality of their food is excellent so you don't mind the price. I have visited this place alone many times you wont feel lost I promise. Go ahead and enjoy this place.
I have been all the possible thali joint Rajdhani, golden Star, Samrat etc. No place is like this one. If you are looking for good food and you don't want to feel too heavy after eating or feel that why did I come only, PANCHAVATI GAURAV is the place for you.
