This Restaurant is situated on Satara road. It is said that its an equation- if you are at City pride, Satara Road, you dine at Panchami. Had been there at weekend; quiet a crowdy place, with very average interiors and exteriors.
The food quality is just ok; dal tadka was good. Also I was surprised to see grated coconut over roasted masala papad. A very rare combination indeed.
There customer service is very poor. We had to wait for quiet a long till our cutlery was laid; still they forgot to provide spoons and forks. We had to remind them. The veggie which we had ordered turned to be a total disappointment, it was full of onions and capsicums. The paneer dish was ok I would say. Not very tasty!! They should also have some cleanliness satndards. Food was not wiped out properly, chairs were untidy, there were no tissue papers available. Every time we needed we had to call the service.
Overall it was not a very good experience.
