When I went to Pune for interview of TATA conusltancy, I leaved this Pancard Club - Pune for 2 days and the service which I received is just an average. At the time of check in they took about half an hour for the check in process and room which was provided were quite small. Its customer service was not much helpful, because when I raised my concern to them about room size they were much rude & didn't anwer to me.
Breakfast which was offered to both days were same with no presentaion over it and taste less. Environment inside & outside of the hotel was much beautiful, they must be taking much care about its ambience, but, they should not forget to catter excellent service to thier guest. It was not valud for money for me. Hotel management will difenietly work upon its customer service.
