I am shiva kumar, and I have purchase your Panasonic TH-L29B6DX 29" LED TV, in ADISHWAR in banashankari branch on 10/11/2013,
and your Panasonic person told for this TV you will get 3 years warranty, and if any problems comes on we will give good service with in 3days, but now I have got major problem, and I have not seen from 1 month 15days,
NOTE: I Have reg complaint on 4/1/16, and panasonic service person came and check the TV, and he told some LED board problem, I ll inform my senior and we replace with in 10days, and still now he dint turn back my place, and I called 6 times helpline to reg{R} complaint,

Now this person dont his name but his ph no 09900569327, told we ll give 50% for my Tv other wise I ll cancel the complaint request, and this type of talking with the customer,
and if I go to other model tv he ll give 10% for new tv,
And now this details giving offer, with out solve the TV problem,
Totally im not satisfied on your Panasonic TH-L29B6D 29" LED TV, wit 3years warranty,
with in a week it should resolve this, Other wise I will large a complaint on ==consumer court
