I have bought Panasonic TH-24C400DX HD Ready LED TV in Aug'16 and it got dead after 5 days.I requested replacement on helpdesk and got reply that I will be followed up by technician within 24 hrs but no one called so filed one more complaint then someone from Panasonic came who examined tv and took pictures of it.It has been more than 20 days now and my tv is still not replaced yet even after daily follow ups on Panasonic helpdesk, Service center, Area Manager, his reporting manger and Chief officer of Sales(their no. given by helpdesk to follow up).
I bought this tv because of brand value of Panasonic but it has disappointed me greatly.
A new tv stops working in 5 days .such a bad quality product .And after this, they provide such a worst support and service.I was duped but I will never recommend anyone to buy any product from Panasonic because of its service.
