If it breaks down - the service engineer takes some parts and disappears into a black hole. If and when he is able to come out of the hole he may charge you any arbitrary amount as he may deem fit! No amount of follow-up and requests from your side will help. The call center says that they are a call centre and can only take the complaint and will not be able to do anything beyond this. There is no way you can connect to any of their senior customer support executives. They do not seem to be interested in serving customers. One of the worst after sales service I have come across till date. The Government needs to check these malpractices and if required ban the functioning of this organization and from selling their products in India, for the next 20 years at least. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEIR PRODUCTS OR TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.
And if you have already bought their products - get in touch with a local service and repair guy - you may get better and more dependable service locally.
