My friend bought this rice cooker A few days back as he stays alone and sometimes requires to cook his rice himself but he reported me that upon using the rice cooker several times as the description given in the manual book still, the rice did not come up fine. Most of the time the rice either came out sticky or too hard to chew even after my friend followed the procedure as it has been mentioned in the booklet as well as put the same amount of rice and water as described.
I would not say that this is a quite easy to use machine as it takes a lot of patience and knowledge to operate it so that the rice comes out fine.
durability wise so far my friend have not faced any issue regarding its break down but occasionally the machine switches off on its own and it has to be manually switched on again the reason for which is still unknown.
cleaning is a big issue with this machine as it is a electrical machine and takes proper care and handling to clean it properly.
The design of the machine is like a hot case and nothing special or decorative about it.
so far my friend did not have to use any service and support.
