My Panasonic P81 nightmare experience:
> default Battery, stop working in just 2-3 months after purchase
> 13 megapixel camera poor than 4 megapixel of Samsung
> No dedicated customer care number
> No technical support for panasonic mobile P81 on their website:https://panasonic.net/support/gscn/
> In our capital New delhi- NCR I found one service center that too shared with KArbonn and other chinese brands- Anuragini Electronics
> This service center is worst than a next door mobile shop.
> I have to convience them about the battery fault, once they agree to change they given me 7-10 days window to get new battery
> Today it is 14th day and they have not got the replacement-(Job sheet no# KJASPUP422115K6140
Think 1000 time to invest on Panasonic, dont go by their Reputation in other electronic goods. They are worst than Chinese mobile phone After sale service.
Disgusting is the one word for them.
