I bought a Panasonic microwave 1 yr back and it started giving trouble from 3 week onward. What I can say about the Panasonic product and about the the whole brand is that the product was of very poor quality inside and curcuitwise not a reliable product. Only exterior style and finish is good. The heating is not even and cooking timings in the manual book timings are misguiding.
Even if you visit Panasonic website, it appears very professional but once you apporach the customer service they tend to pay little attention and on repeated request even show high handed ness towards their customer. Pathetic after sales service ... Customer agents asks for money to come for customer support call even during the warranty period. No proper mechanism to escalate as most of the email address are either not correct or there is no response from them. By boasting off big brand name they tend to pay little attention to the customers , I and some of my colleauges are victim of Panasonic brand. Finally I had to discard the product and had to go for another brand which indeed was Avoid Panasonic Home Applicances or repent later. Bottomline - Definitely not a good value for money... ... ...
