We bought this grinder after a lot of research, Amazon had a better price than the local stores. I was very happy while ordering and received after few days. Actually I had bought this product to give gift for the house warming function and each and everyone liked the external look of this product. But, expectation and reality was not at all in same line.
The main disadvantage of this product is it will stop working if you open the lid while it is running. Actually while grinding at home mom will keep adding ingredients to grind, however, it will stop working and it was very disappointing thing for my mom. Also it is difficult to take out the flour from the grinder. Worst part is customer service was very poor and when we called they were not at all responsive and they said there is free service in all the locations. However, ever after calling them nobody came and it is just two months not even used two weeks.
another thing is there is no coconut scrap in it and when we asked about it they told to buy separately.
I never expected Panasonic will release a product like this. Just wasted money. Lost trust in the brand.
