Friends we have a printing press and we have used this printer for more than one year so I am posting my review based on my past experience. I think this was the poor purchase of my life. this printer is made of very poor quality plastic. even it is so heavy in weight as compared to other printers available in market. overall the paper handling of this printer is very poor I am very much disappointed by this. even this printer releases ink between printing as result of which you have to print whole thing again and this leads to increase in expenses as well. I have also discussed the issue with company but they failed to resolve my issue so as per my experience the company has very poor service to its customers.
this printer not only lacks in printing quality but also lacks in power saving as well. this printer has power consumption rate as compared to other printers in market. even this printer gets heated up if used regularly for long hours. so overall I am very much disappointed and this printer is not so user friendly if you are looking for long term use.
the major disadvantage of this printer is its printing speed. this printer has very poor printing speed. the printing speed is very slow as compared to other printers and even this printer do not release clear copy.
if we talk about features then this printer has nothing extraordinary this printer weighs nearly about 5-6 kg and it is a multi functional printer which provides copying, scanner etc. facilities but all these facilities are very poor in quality . overall I am not happy with this printer and I will not suggest this printer to anyone.
