I bought a Panasonic Cordless Phone model KX-TG 361 from M/s Croma at Thane. I bought an added two-year warranty along with my purchase. After about 22 months' use, the phone became defective. I was directed to deliver the defective product the Panasonic Authorized Service at Mulund (M/s Jeeves Customer Services). From then on, my problems started.
I was constantly buck-passed from one department to another. Even a direct complaint to M/s Panasonic did not yield any results. After constant follow up for more than two months and few personal visits to their Mulund offices, I was able to receive the repaired phone. In the process, the original Panasonic AAA rechargeable cells (2 nos) were lost/ misplaced by M/s Jeeves, which I had to replace at my cost of Rs 200.
I feel though the Panasonic phone was of good quality, their after-sales service needs a lot of improvement.
